Minimum Hiring Requirements
Applicants seeking employment with Lalo Investigations LLC must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Texas Commissioned Security Officer License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel with reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass mandatory drug test
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic along with integrity.
- Must possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be physically and mentally fit with Texas required MMPI psychological evaluation test.
Required Professional Experience
Applicants must have at least two (2) years of experience in one of the following fields:
- Texas Armed Security Experience (2 years minimum)
- Texas Law Enforcement Experience (2 years minimum)
- Military Service (2 years minimum)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:
- Experience with mobile patrol security
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience working events, hospitals, banks, or high-risk locations
- Training in de-escalation or crisis management
- College degree associates or bachelors
